Town Of Oriental's GMO (Growth Management Ordinance) covers
the rules adopted by the town regarding zoning, building, land
use, signs, permits etc in the village.
The document is updated every few months, based on rules agreed
to by the Town Board. TownDock.net has agreed to maintain
a recent copy online for the town - the copy now online
contains changes through April 21, 2006.
The total ordinance is now over 100 pages, and is a PDF document
easily read by most computers. If you are on dial-up it may
