Organizer Dottie Osmun with the band Harborsounds says they’ve reached capacity – 299 people — according to the fire code. There is a waiting list and Dottie is asking anyone who was going to go, but whose plans have changed please give her a call. That way they can get in some of the folks on the waiting list.
