The Sailing Club of Oriental (SCOO) offers a seminar & discussion by cruising guide author Claiborne Young, Tuesday March 16 10am at the Oriental Methodist Church fellowship hall. Young’s “Cruising Guide” series covers the southeast including the “Cruising Guide To Coastal North Carolina.” While this is a SCOO event the club emphasizes all members of the public are welcome to attend – there is no admission charge.
