We’ve been looking at houses for months with our Realtor but we just can’t find the perfect house. If the floor plan is what we want, the carpet or wallpaper is awful. Help!! How do people EVER find the perfect house??? Inge
Dear Inge, You’re NEVER going to find the absolute 100% perfect house!!! Decide what your most important priorities in a home are (usually things like location, number of bedrooms and baths, one level or two). Carpet color or wallpaper are just cosmetic and can be easily changed. Remember that while you’re endlessly looking for the “perfect” home, interest rates and prices are going up and some other buyer is buying the house that would be “just about perfect” for you!
