	The scoring will exclude the worst 25% of the number of fleet races run.
	Example: If 28 fleet races (not days) are run during the season, the 7 poorest scores for a boat will be excluded.
	This exclusion will be rounded down.  Scores for races not sailed may be selected for exclusion."
ALSO:  A boat shall compete in at least 50% of the races sailed in order to be counted for the fleet trophy.
