The Dragon Boat Race is coming but the boats haven’t arrived yet. So, on Tuesday night, members of the “Pirates for PAWS” team practiced their rowing at the Wildlife Ramp dock. According to Kathryn Garcia who was helping the rowers orchestrate their strokes, the key word was “synchronicity”. Still, some members of the team weren’t working out as hard as others.
