At 1:30p Monday, twenty people were lined up, patiently, to get one last hot dog from Roland Pare’s Barking Dog hot dog cart. It was the business’s last day and all the proceeds, more than 700 dollars went to Pamlico Animal Welfare Society. (For the view from Roland’s side of the cart, click here.)
