Fresh shrimp are unloaded from the trawler SAN-DIA at Garland Fulcher Seafood on the Oriental harbor. This is the peak season for shrimp – Fridays the harbor fills up with trawlers bringing in their catch. If you’re getting hungry you can get some of that fresh shrimp at Fulcher Seafood Market on Hodges Street.
